Continuing the renewal of its instrument catalog, Henri SELMER Paris presents its new range of alto and tenor saxophones, the Signature models.
They embody the evolution of the Super Action 80 Series II and Series III saxophones, improving the acoustic and ergonomic qualities by drawing inspiration from the latest innovations applied to the Supreme model.
These models offer great playing versatility, adapted to all levels of saxophonists, and are the natural union between the Axos family - the entry into the professional range - and the Supreme - the top of the range.
The name Signature highlights the identity of inventor and manufacturer Henri SELMER Paris, built throughout its history.
The Selmer Signature tenor saxophone is the reinvention of the Series III model, which has won over numerous saxophonists thanks to its qualities and ergonomic comfort since its launch in 1995. With a larger diameter bell mouthpiece, this new model offers impeccable precision and a wide sonority. Strongly inspired by the Series III, its ergonomics are perfectly adapted to all musicians, regardless of their level or musical style. Equipped with a 3-point bracing system developed for the Supreme model, the Signature tenor ensures a perfect sonorous homogeneity.
A saxophone that is both traditional and modern, the Signature tenor is adorned with an original Art Deco engraving, paying homage to the secular gestures handed down from generation to generation in the SELMER factory located in Mantes-la-Ville since 1919. A unique place where strength and magic emanate, where the human hand is omnipresent and fundamental.
