Shipping costs are indicated before finalizing the purchase process, and depend on the country of destination as well as the dimensions and weight of the package.

These prices are valid for all purchases, except for those subject to special conditions. In shipments made to countries not belonging to the European Union, Sax On will not assume the expenses corresponding to taxes and customs duties of each country, as well as in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In stock, confirmed orders in our online store are shipped within a maximum period of approximately 1 to 4 business days by one of our courier services. In other cases, the time may be delayed and this will depend on the distributor, factory or some incident with the transport agency. In order to optimize delivery, the customer must indicate an address where the order can be delivered during business hours. It is not possible to request a specific time of receipt of the order; However, we can specify preference on schedule and even collect the merchandise personally at the destination agency.

Sax On cannot be held responsible for the breach of the signed contract in case of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of the product; in such circumstance the total amount of the order will be returned.
