Pillinger Bronzite NYT 8W Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece
For sale: Pillinger Bronzite NYT 8W tenor saxophone mouthpiece, in excellent condition.
The NYT model is loosely based on the legendary late-1950s Otto Link Slant Signature mouthpieces, incorporating Ed Pillinger's own refinements, including a slightly more duckbill beak and a slimmer body. It is one of the warmest and darkest tenor mouthpieces in the Pillinger range, producing a rich, complex tone with plenty of overtones.
The Bronzite version enhances clarity, projection, and focus while preserving the warm, vintage character that makes this model so desirable. Handcrafted in the UK, Pillinger mouthpieces are highly regarded by professional jazz saxophonists for their consistency, craftsmanship, and musical response.
