This is an original Morgan Mouthpiece Company alto saxophone mouthpiece, “Legacy Model”, designed by the late Ralph Morgan. This model has been in production since the mid-1980s and remains one of the most popular and best-selling Morgan alto saxophone mouthpieces.

Morgan Jazz mouthpieces are built the traditional “vintage” way. Ralph Morgan founded the company with the goal of reviving the lost art of fully handcrafted mouthpiece making. The materials, tools, and processes used closely replicate those from the 1940s and 1950s.

Each mouthpiece is made from 100% pure rubber, molded and cured to precise specifications. No machines are used in the cutting or finishing process. All facing, chamber shaping, and baffle work is done entirely by hand.
