The baffle switches to a gradual slope that delivers the air column at a carefully calibrated angle for maximum projection and depth of tone. The medium "venturi" chamber also contributes to controlled timbre uniformity across the registers. The tip angle and body dimensions have also been designed for optimal comfort and beauty of the mouthpiece.
